Solar First Look earns money in three ways: selling $4.99 solar feasibility reports, showing ads on some free pages, and affiliate links to selected products.

Ads may appear on our free articles, rebate pages and calculators, labelled “Advertisement”. They are provided by an ad network, which may use cookies. Ads never appear in checkout, bill upload or purchased reports, and advertisers have no influence over our content.

Some articles recommend products such as home energy monitors or smart thermostats. If you buy through those links we may earn a commission, at no cost to you. Recommendations are labelled, kept separate from rebate information, and chosen for usefulness. Buying a product does not make you eligible for any rebate.
