What you’re buying
A personalized solar feasibility report for one property address you provide, delivered online (web page and PDF), normally within minutes of payment. It includes the sections listed on our sample report.
Price and payment
$4.99 Canadian dollars, one-time, paid in full through PayPal (PayPal account or debit/credit card). No sales tax is currently charged. No subscription and no other charges.
Delivery and access
You get a private link (also sent with your receipt). Reports stay available for 90 days; download the PDF to keep it. You can recalculate your report a limited number of times at no charge within 30 days.
Refunds and cancellation
The purpose of the report is to help you decide, before committing an hour or more to a sales consultation, whether solar is worth pursuing further, such as by requesting quotes from installers. A report that concludes solar is a good fit and a report that concludes it is not are equally complete results. Because the report is a personalized digital product delivered immediately, it is non-refundable once delivered, whatever its conclusion.
We will refund you in full if we fail to deliver an accurate result:
- If roof data isn’t available for your address, we tell you before payment and you aren’t charged.
- If we can’t produce a report after payment, we refund you automatically.
- If your report contains a material error on our part, for example it assesses the wrong building, or a technical fault produces figures that are clearly incorrect, email us within 30 days of purchase. We will correct the report or, if we can’t, refund you in full.
Estimates that differ from installer quotes or actual results are not errors: the report is an estimate based on the information and published data available at the time (see below). Refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal. This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.
What the report is and isn’t
The report is an estimate for planning. It is not an engineering, structural or electrical design; not a quote; not financial, tax or legal advice; and not a guarantee of savings, production or rebate eligibility. Incentive amounts are potential amounts; programs decide eligibility. You should get quotes and an on-site assessment from qualified installers before deciding.
Independence and affiliation
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government, utility, installer or Google. Roof data includes solar data from Google. Use of map features is subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service.
Your responsibilities
Order reports only for properties you own, are buying, or have the owner’s permission to assess, and provide accurate information.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Your receipt email contains these key terms and serves as your copy of the agreement. You can print or save this page.
